What are Healthy Leadership Strategy Cards?

Based of our Wheel of Influence™ framework, the forty-five strategy cards provide individuals, groups, and organizations an opportunity to gain valuable insight to vital leadership concepts (e.g., ethical-decision making, emotional intelligence, trauma-informed leadership, one-to-one stay interviews, employee engagement.) which then provides users an opportunity to have thought-provoking conversations from our “questions for engagement” on the flip side of the card that can help develop compassionate leaders at all levels of the organizations.

In addition to the forty-five cards, each deck comes with four vision cards. The vision cards can be read just before engagement with the cards, to inspire visionary thinking that can cultivate change for a healthier tomorrow.

How can the cards be utilized?

The strategy cards can be used individually, one-to-one, or in groups.

  • Individually: A person can begin reviewing and learning vital leadership concepts as in little as 10 minutes per card.
  • One-to One: Connect with a friend, colleague, or mentor to ignite dialogue and see where the conversation leads for personal and professional growth.
  • Groups: Use the Healthy Leadership Strategy Cards before, during or after a weekly meeting to create meaningful conversations that can develop a ready and resilient culture. Additionally, these cards can be used in team reconfigurations, or even leadership retreats.

Wheel of Influence™: This framework helps a leader identify if they’re defining a culture or defaulting to one. This document looks at three specific areas: lead self, lead others/relationships, and finally lead team/work environment.
The strategy cards delve into each one of these categories, where there are fifteen leadership concepts based off each category of the Wheel of Influence™ (e.g., lead self, lead others/relationships, and lead team/work environment).
